the item arrived fast, the package was ok, all the dispenser arrived in perfect state. i already set the dispenser on my dish washer and works perfect, i was using an automatic dispenser but i got tired replacing batteries. my wife is happy with it, and the hose its long enoght, also has a valve system so wont allow the soap go back. the question lets see for how long will alst tne nozzle metal. but so far so good, i really like it
