To me this seems like A simple permanent Marker pen any with A "Ceramic Tile Marker" label and sold as A Ceramic Marker... If it were really indicated to paint the joints of the slabs, the thickness of the marking of the tip of the pen would be almost twice as large.
I am not entirely convinced, it can make you the job, but this is a normal pen and now
